JOURNEYMAN RESTAURANT
Tucked on the site of the 1840 Crown Inn down the steps off the Old Hume Highway, is Tim Pratt's Journeyman Restaurant.
It is a fully licensed restaurrant with both indoor and outdoor dining. Lunch and dinner are served 5 days per week, Wednesday to Sunday.
The Journeyman has been awarded a Chef's Hat by the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide and its wine list has been judged the best in the region by the Restaurant and Catering Association.
