STURT GALLERY
Sturt was established as a non-profit educational centre in 1941 by Winifred West.
Sturt has a proud history and many of Australia's major craftspeople and artists have been trained there.
Set in 4 hectares of beautiful gardens, the Sturt complex has pottery, jewellery, woodwork, and weaving workshops; an Art Gallery; Cafe; Art & Crafts shop; accommodation; and the Sturt School for Wood.
Open 10 - 5, 7 days.

FACTOR DESIGN
Ian Factor aspires to design furniture that is both functional and uncomplicated. Visual simplicity is the key to his designs. He likes to mix other materials with timber such as coloured Laminex, tiles and stainless steel. This helps to create visual interest in his work.
Ian is passionate about the state of the world's forests and uses only "Good Wood" timbers.

CATAVENTO SCULPTURE STUDIO
The aim of Catavento Sculpture Studio is to provide an environment in which the student can explore and find their own way to create in the broad traditions of sculpture over the centuries.
Teaching is conducted on a one to one basis in a wonderful studio with the ambiance of traditional Italian workshops.
Advanced students work alongside beginners - ideas and techniques are discussed and exchanged in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.
Classes are in 2 blocks of 3 hours each on Fridays - please visit the Catavento website for more information.
