Church Hill Grange is a self-contained apartment situated about 5 minutes' drive from Bowral and Moss Vale and close to the historic church of Christ Church Bong Bong (c.1845) on Bong Bong Hill on the outskirts of Burradoo just across the Wingecarribee River.

This accommodation is perfect for anytime you feel like a break or need to stay over for a wedding or a party! It is very comfortable and warm with absolutely everything provided so is ideal for short term or long term visits and is handy to everywhere in the Southern Highlands.

Church Hill Grange is a separate, fully self-contained apartment with its own private entrance and is ideal for 2 couples or families of up to 5 people.

The centrally heated apartment consists of a large lounge/dining room with comfortable lounges, and TV, DVD and CD players for your enjoyment.

There are plenty of books and magazines if you feel like a quiet read.

A huge master bedroom has a queen bed and a sofabed, and the second bedroom a double bed. All are supplied with luxury linen and electric blankets for cooler weather and share an opulent bathroom with WC, bath and large separate shower recess.

Fully self-contained.

A fully equipped kitchen has electric stove and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and utensils to cater for up to 8 guests.

Tables and chairs on verandahs either side of the house allow you to breakfast al fresco on clear bright sunny mornings or to just relax and watch the abundant native bird life and at night gaze at the star filled sky. There is a gas barbecue for your use on the back verandah.

An initial breakfast basket is provided with cereals, juice, bacon, eggs, sausages, bread, butter, preserves - and tea and coffee making facilities are supplied.

Laundry facilities are available on request for longer stays.

Central to all major Highlands' attractions.

Church Hill Grange is central to Moss Vale, Bowral, Berrima - all within a short drive - where a great choice of restaurants to eat in, takeaways, supermarkets and gourmet food shops are to be found to supply your catering needs.

And of course, all the wonderful attractions of the Highlands are not far away.

from $220 (per couple/one night)
from $380 (per couple/ two nights)
$50 extra persons/per night

Small well trained house pets are permitted with prior notice. A three night minimum booking is required for long weekends. Please contact us for special rates for longer term bookings.

Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. Church Hill Grange is a non-smoking establishment - but you are free to smoke outside on the verandah.
CANCELLATION POLICY

A 30% deposit by cheque or direct deposit is required to confirm your reservation. If you cancel 0-14 days prior to your arrival date and we are able to re-let the accommodation, we will refund your deposit less 10% administration fee. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, the booking can be deferred without penalty if notice is given more than 14 days prior to your arrival date. Once deferred, the deposit is not refundable nor deferrable should cancellation occur. Part cancellation is not accepted.

In order to maintain a high standard for our guests, and although we appreciate most do respect our property, because of occasional abuse, the following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply.

Your reservation & booking constitutes an affirmative by you that you accept & agree to abide by the terms & conditions of occupancy of Church Hill Grange. Balance of payment is due on arrival in cash or two days prior to arrival if by direct deposit.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear & tear, repairs etc. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss to any part of the Apartment is the guests responsibility during their stay & must be paid for by the guest.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. It is the guests responsibility to wash, wipe & put away the crockery and cutlery they have used during their stay.

Check in time is after 2pm. Check out time is before 11am, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests (unless prior arrangements are made).

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guests personal property.
