CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30% deposit by cheque or direct deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
If you cancel 0-14 days prior to your arrival date and we are able to re-let the accommodation, we will refund your deposit less 10% administration fee. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, the booking can be deferred without penalty if notice is given more than 14 days prior to your arrival date. Once deferred, the deposit is not refundable nor deferrable should cancellation occur.
Part cancellation is not accepted.
In order to maintain a high standard for our guests, and although we appreciate most do respect our property, because of occasional abuse, the following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply.
Your reservation & booking constitutes an affirmative by you that you accept & agree to abide by the terms & conditions of occupancy of Church Hill Grange.
Balance of payment is due on arrival in cash or two days prior to arrival if by direct deposit.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear & tear, repairs etc. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss to any part of the Apartment is the guests responsibility during their stay & must be paid for by the guest.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. It is the guests responsibility to wash, wipe & put away the crockery and cutlery they have used during their stay.
Check in time is after 2pm. Check out time is before 11am, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests (unless prior arrangements are made).
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guests personal property.
