Situated in 3 acres of park-like gardens with a picturesque little lake, Coromandel Cottage is a private and cosy A-frame cottage just a short 15 minute walk from the historic village of Berrima in the Southern Highlands. |
| Self-contained cottage.
Coromandel Cottage is fully self-contained and set up perfectly for you to cater for your family and friends.
The main lounge area has a cosy slow combustion log fire (wood supplied) which invites you to curl up on the comfortable sofas and relax in the evenings.
A TV and CD/DVD player are provided for your entertainment. |

The dining area allows you to serve breakfast or evening meals, and in summer a table setting on the deck overlooking the lake is a great place for an alfresco breakfast or lunch.
Nearby Bowral and Moss Vale have a wide range of takeaways and gourmet food shops to help make your catering easier. |
| Fully equipped kitchen.
The country kitchen has all the facilities you need to prepare breakfast or meals.
It has a gas cooktop, griller, oven, microwave and a large fridge and freezer. All utensils and tableware are provided to cater for up to 6.
Breakfast provisions are provided on the first two days - cereals, fruit juice, sausages, bacon, eggs, freshly baked bread with butter and preserves, with tea and coffee making facilities. |

Accommodation for up to 6.
Coromandel Cottage has two bedrooms, and is ideal for 2 couples or a family.
Downstairs the master bedroom has a king or single beds and a private ensuite with shower and toilet.
Doors here lead onto the deck where you can enjoy the morning sun. |
| Upstairs there is a 'mezzanine' bedroom with a king or twin bed.
A sofa bed downstairs in the lounge room caters for another two guests.
Downstairs is also the main bathroom with shower and WC. (Laundry facilities are available on request.)
All beds have electric blankets, and there is gas heating for extra comfort. |

Enjoy country life.
At Coromandel Cottage you are free to spend your days relaxing on a bench under a tree or by the lake, which is fed by a charming rill.
Enjoy the gardens with their laurel hedges, deciduous, evergreen and native trees, grape vines, roses, lilacs, lavender and wisteria.
Play a game of tennis on your own private court.
Or take a leisurely stroll to the historic village of Berrima with its museums, galleries, boutiques and fine cafes and restaurants. |
