Deepdale is a newly renovated farm cottage situated in 4 acres of gardens and overlooking farmland and the stunning vista of Fitzroy Falls lake. Just a few minutes from Fitzroy Falls and Burrawang, Deepdale offers private and secluded accommodation for up to 6 people. Deepdale has two bedrooms - one queen, and one king/twin. The bedrooms have quality linen, electric blankets and electric heating. They share a bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a second, separate toilet. A leather sofa bed in the lounge room accommodates an extra two people if required. Entertaining is a breeze at Deepdale. The large north facing living area has an open wood fire (wood supplied), large leather lounges and dining area. TV and DVD player are provided. The living area also has gas heating. At one end is a large modern country kitchen with gas oven and stove with wok burner, fridge/freezer, microwave and utensils for up to 6. A breakfast hamper of fresh bread, milk, butter, preserves, and cereals plus tea and coffee making facilities are provided. A laundry with washer and drier is available for longer stays. Undercover parking is also provided. Step outside on to the sunny deck and terrace - shaded in summer by a wisteria trellis. Another deck overlooking the lake has an al fresco dining setting and large gas BBQ.

Feel free to wander around the old world gardens with their spring bulbs and orchard of flowering fruit trees. There are many places to sit here and relax - or, if you are feeling energetic - a modern all-weather tennis court beckons. The village store and art & craft galleries of Fitzroy Falls are a short walk away, as is the Visitor Centre with its walking trails through Morton National Park and views of the Falls. In summer enjoy boating on the lake or trout fishing. Burrawang, with its hotel and store, is a short drive away, as is the picturesque Kangaroo Valley - plus, of course, all the other attractions of the Highlands.
