Durham is a two acre country retreat on the edge of the village. With no passing traffic it is a tranquil place to stay.

Durham offers the space and tranquility of the country in fully self contained accommodation. Your home away from home with all the features you would expect. Ideal for couples or groups Durham Lodge and Villa can accommodate up to ten (10).

YOUR OWN PRIVATE RURAL RETREAT. Durham offers accommodation in either the Lodge or Villa - or both for groups of up to ten (10) people. Both the Lodge and Villa have sunny northern aspects and were refurbished in 2006. The property has its own dam and enjoys views to the distant hills.

DURHAM LODGE. The Lodge is spacious and light filled and accommodates up to eight (8) people. The Lodge has four (4) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. One (1) other bedroom has a queen bed while the other two (2) have twin singles. All linen is provided.

With flexible living spaces Durham Lodge is the perfect place to entertain family and friends The casual living space includes an open plan breakfast, TV and dining area. This area enjoys a sunny aspect and rural views. Ambient temperature is assured by gas heating in winter and a 'breezeway' in summer.

A separate 'adults retreat' is available for reading, quiet conversation or time out. Complimentary port and sherry are provided to help you relax.

For those who enjoy cooking the well appointed and spacious kitchen includes a dishwasher, double wall oven, microwave and all the essential kitchen items. Milk, tea and coffee plus basic condiments are also provided to assist you during your stay. Full laundry facilities are also available.

Dining is typical of the country with the table seating up to 8.

The outdoor entertaining area including BBQ and covered dining is accessed through the casual living area.

DURHAM VILLA Durham Villa is equivalent to a small apartment with defined bedroom and living areas. It enjoys a sheltered sunny courtyard and views over the dam to the distant hills.

Accommodation is for two with a queen size bed and ensuite. All linen is provided.

The separate living includes lounge and dining areas which look through a private sunny courtyard to distant rural views.

A kitchenette with microwave, hot plates and fridge is tucked into the corner of the living area. Milk, tea and coffee and basic condiments are also provided.
