TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1) THE SUMMERLEES COTTAGE ACCOMMODATION PRIZE *This prize offered by courtesy of Summerlees Cottage. Prize is valid for 2 people for one night, midweek, (breakfast provisions included). Confirmation of booking must be made in advance, and is subject to availability: not available during holidays, or if venue is fully booked. Accommodation offer is valid only to 1 July 2012. 2) ENTRIES Entries on our other websites are also directed to this page and will be received only by email submitted through this website www.highlandsnsw.com.au (entries are 'tagged'). Other emailed entries will not be considered. Only one entry per each name/address will be put in the draw each month; multiple entries or "spamming" will not give you more chances and will be deleted completely from the draw. Only adults over the age of 18 are eligible to enter the competition or take up offers of prizes. Employees of Furry Software Pty. Ltd. or of accommodation venues offering prizes are not eligible. 3) DRAW PROCEDURE The draw will take place on the first of each month, or as near as possible thereafter: a list of names will be taken from emails received and drawn by processing through our random autopick software. The winner will be notified as soon as possible. A letter of confirmation will be posted so you can claim the prize. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the conduct of the competition, or the result of draws. Lists of prizewinners will appear on this page. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. 4) CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE If you win, you will be notified by phone, fax or email by us. We will then send you an official letter which must be presented to the owner of the venue when you book your stay. No guarantee is made, nor liability accepted, that Accommodation offers may be available for any particular date without prior confirmation of booking by winners with the accommodation venue concerned. Dates for a booking are at the discretion of the venue owner and may not be available if venue is fully booked or during particular holiday seasons or special events. Prize offers must be used within 3 months of date of draw or they will no longer be valid. Prize offers may be transferred by winners to other persons if they are not in the position to take up the offer themselves. Transfers may only be made by arrangement with the owner of the venue.
