| Located at the rear of a re-developed 19th Century French Provincial style building in the centre of town, The Grand Bar and Brasserie of Bowral awaits you to experience its culinary delights, comfortable bar, professional service, and genial ambience.
The building which formerly housed The Grand Hotel was gutted and redeveloped in the late 1980s, and now houses the Southern Highlands' leading Restaurant, an upmarket bar, bustling shops and professional suites.
The Grand Bar and Brasserie of Bowral has won six Australian Hotels Association Awards for Excellence for Best Restaurant, and two for Best Bar Presentation and Service since 1992.
In each year in between it has been a finalist in each category. In addition, the Brasserie has received excellent reviews in the Canberra Times, and the Daily Telegraph.

| The Grand Bar, which has reasonable restrictions on dress, trades until late each night. There are 7 beers on tap, a wide range of imported and local bottled beers, spirits, cocktails, and wines.
The bar has 4 TV monitors, a 2.4 metre big screen and a juke box to keep you amused and relaxed and the Grand Bar and Brasserie are fully airconditioned.
Our licensed Al Fresco dining area on Wingecarribee Street has lunch 12.00pm - 2.30pm and dinner 6.00pm - 9.00pm, as well as coffee, wine and refreshments weekdays and all day dining (12.00pm to 10.00pm) on weekends. (See menus below.)

AWARD WINNING RESTAURANT
The Brasserie at the Grand Bar and Brasserie has consistently been a finalist in the Australian Hotels Association Awards for Excellence, winning the category Best Casual Dining in 1992,1993, 1999, 2002, 2005, 2006.
