IDLE A WILE GUEST HOUSE BUNDANOON
|
| In the early part of this century, Bundanoon was a major tourist resort having at one stage almost 60 guesthouses. Idle A Wile is one such guesthouse. It was owned and operated as a guesthouse by the Gifford family up until the 1950s, then by the Cornell family through to as late the 60s. After this it ceased to operate as a guesthouse and for a time it was a block of flats.

Now after years of restoration it is once again open to guests. In the past it was an escape from the heat of the humid summers of Sydney. Today, as in the past, Bundanoon is still an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. And for that perfect ingredient in your holiday, Idle A Wile has a magic that can help soothe and heal and at the same time invigorate. |
| With the intimacy of five double rooms, all with ensuites, you are assured of relaxation and comfort. Several of the bedrooms face on to balcony settings which overlook the beautiful gardens and surrounding bushland. There are flexible accommodation options: a warm bed; a warm bed and breakfast; to bed, breakfast, and the full evening feast. |
