Panorama is a mid C20th grand country home set on 70 acres high on Oxleys Hill with sweeping views overlooking the town of Bowral in the valley below.
Half way between Bowral and Berrima, Panorama offers luxurious, private and secluded accommodation for up to 3 couples.
This lovely home is set in a peaceful garden surrounded by mature deciduous trees and beds of roses, spring bulbs, azaleas and camellias. Beyond is farmland - home to alpacas, Highland and other cattle.
Panorama is available for your exclusive use during your stay. Shopping, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, golf courses, galleries and entertainment are just a few minutes' drive away in Bowral, Berrima and Mittagong.

| Relax by an open log fire in the cosy lounge with its comfortable chairs. TV, DVD and CD player are provided for your enjoyment and a piano welcomes a singalong to end a busy day.
A large, separate living area offers room to entertain and like the rest of the house features eastern collectables, objets d'art and furniture - reflecting the owners' years working in Asia.
A dining area is adjacent to the large country kitchen which has electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, bar fridge and all utensils necessary to cater for up to 10.
A breakfast hamper of fruit, cereals, fresh bread, bacon and eggs is provided on your first morning. Tea and coffee making facilities are of course available all day. |

A sunny terrace with its own dining area and gas BBQ extends your entertaining outdoors. And a quaint "meditation room" with its beautiful Asian joinery and artefacts is a wonderful way to wind down.
The house has central reverse cycle heating/cooling for all year round comfort.
Panorama has three bedrooms - a master bedroom with queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, another queen bedroom and a king/twin room. These latter share a bathroom with separate shower and separate WC. All beds have quality linen and electric blankets for cooler nights.
A laundry with washer and dryer are available for longer stays.
