Sutton Tops Cottage offers self-contained farmstay accommodation on a 25 acre property close to the village of Sutton Forest.
The cottage is in a quiet, secluded location and situated in its own garden. It offers you privacy and panoramic views over hills and valleys towards Mt. Gingenbullen and Berrima.
Supermarkets, boutique shops, cafes and restaurants are just a short drive away. All the other attractions of the highlands can be reached in about 15 minutes.

Sutton Tops Cottage is ideal for families or groups of friends and has accommodation for up to 6 people.
The living/dining area leads on to a well equipped country kitchen. The lounge area has a TV, CD/DVD player and a slow combustion wood fire for those cooler evenings (firewood supplied).
The kitchen has a gas top and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, tea and coffee making facilities and all utensils to cater for 6.
Breakfast provisions are supplied for your first day and include eggs, bacon, cereals, bread, butter, milk, tea and coffee.
The dining area seats six. Dine here or share breakfast in the sun at the table setting on the deck. A gas barbecue is also provided for your use.
The cottage has three bedrooms - 2 x queen and one twin - which share a bathroom with WC and shower. There is also a separate toilet.
In the garden there is also a full-sized bocce court for your enjoyment (equipment provided).

Tariff: (Minimum 2 night stay)

Fri/Sat/Sun: $550 - up to 4 people/2 nights.
Fri/Sat/Sun: $650 - 6 people/2 nights.

Weekly: $1200 - up to 6 people/7 nights

Ask us about midweek and longer stays. Children only by arrangement.
Sutton Tops is a non-smoking establishment and is not suitable for those with restricted mobility. Sorry, no pets.

How to find us:
At Sutton Forest village (near the hotel) turn east off the Illawarra Highway at Exeter Road and head towards Bundanoon. Greenhills Road is the third street on the right - about 1.5kms from the highway. Sutton Tops is first gate on the right.
