| Just minutes away from the centre of the village of Bundanoon, and adjacent to the Morton National Park, Yallambee sits centrally on an acre of terraced gardens in a very quiet location. Yallambee has three large double guest rooms sleep up to six adults in contemporary comfort. Two large guest bedrooms are situated on the upper floor of the guest wing. The north room has a queen bed, large ensuite with luxurious bath suitable for two and a large shower. It also has a single sofa bed if required and has views to the tree tops of the nearby National Park. The south room has a king size bed (which can be made up for twin share), a shower ensuite and views through the silver birch grove to the National Park. The third room is privately located off the dining room and has a queen bed and a double day bed that makes it very flexible for a young family. The room has a shower ensuite and a lovely outlook over the lawns to the gardens. All rooms are well appointed with quality linen, bathrobes, ironing facilities and hairdryer. The beds are fitted with electric blankets, and there are additional blankets, and extra feather/hard pillows available in each room. |

| Directly underneath the guest rooms is your private lounge - with slow combustion fire, TV, DVD, CD player, books, indoor games and puzzles and a very , very comfortable lounge on which to relax. Wireless broadband is available in the guest lounge if you need to work. The dining room is in the western end of the house and has its own slow combustion fire to keep you toasty warm in winter. Large cedar windows allow a beautiful green, leafy outlook in the mornings, whilst you enjoy your gourmet cooked or cold breakfast. Start with cereals, fresh and preserved fruits, squeezed juice, espresso coffee, or fresh brewed leaf tea. Follow with perhaps smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, pancakes. frittata or a breakfast cooked to order. Finish with toast and preserves and another cup of coffee whilst you browse the mornings papers.. Doors lead onto a grassed area, shaded by a massive Eucalypt, the private third guest room and the outdoor spa. After breakfast, take a walk to the beautiful Mark Morton and Riverview lookouts, indulge with a massage or facial from "Heavensent" mobile beauty service, stroll the local markets and shops or do a round of golf. Many Highlands attractions and villages are only minutes away. |
